美国医疗器械
“Device” means an instrument, apparatus, implement, machine, contrivance, implant, in vitro reagent, or other similar or related article, including a component part, or accessory which is:
(A) recognized in the official National Formulary, or the United States Pharmacopoeia, or any supplement to them,
(B) intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, in man or other animals, or
(C) intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of man or other animals, and which does not achieve its primary intended purposes through chemical action within or on the body of man or other animals and which is not dependent upon being metabolized for the achievement of its primary intended purposes.
医疗器械，指仪器、器械、工具、机械、装置、植入物、体外诊断试剂，或其他类似/相关物品（含组件、零件、附件），且符合以下任一条件：

被收录于美国官方国家处方集（NF）、美国药典（USP）或其增补本；
-
预期用于人或动物的疾病/异常状况诊断、治愈、缓解、治疗、预防；
-
主要预期用途不依靠体内/体表化学反应实现预期影响人或动物的身体结构/生理功能，且，也不依赖代谢作用达成核心功效。
